These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products through this website. By placing an order you accept these Terms. They are provided in addition to, and do not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The products offered on this website are Herbalife® branded nutrition, weight-management and personal-care products. Product images, descriptions and ingredient lists are provided in good faith and have been tested for compliance with applicable regulations. Photographs are illustrative and minor variations in packaging may occur. Herbalife products are food supplements and personal-care items — they are not medicines and do not treat or cure any medical condition. Always read the label and consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and represent the final amount payable for the goods; no additional taxes are added at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. Prices may change from time to time, but the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you confirm your purchase.
An order is placed when you confirm your cart and complete payment. We will send you an order confirmation by email. The contract of sale is formed when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing or description, or unavailability of stock.
Products are offered subject to availability. Where a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you within 8 days and offer either a substitute, a delayed shipment or a full refund.
Payment is taken at checkout via the methods displayed (credit/debit card, PayPal and others, as available). Title in the goods passes to you upon full payment and dispatch.
Orders are shipped by Herbalife to addresses in the United Kingdom and selected European countries shown at checkout. Delivery to main areas of the United Kingdom takes 1 working day; 2 working days to Jersey and Guernsey; 2-5 working days to Scotland depending on postcode; up to 4 working days to Northern Ireland. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays, and orders placed before 18:00, Sunday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. In any event delivery will take place within 30 days of your order. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure beyond our reasonable control.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Goods supplied are guaranteed to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us at vanessa.vb0901@gmail.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, (iii) any matter for which liability cannot be limited by law, or (iv) your statutory rights as a consumer.
Vanessa Balestra sells Herbalife® products as an Independent Herbalife Distributor and not as an agent or representative of Herbalife International, Inc. or any of its affiliates. All sales contracts are entered into between you and Vanessa Balestra directly.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, epidemics, or governmental restrictions.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. UK and EEA consumers retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of their country of residence (in particular, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK consumers). Disputes may be resolved through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or, for UK consumers, via the Citizens Advice consumer service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vanessa Balestra concerning the sale of products through this website.
